Our booking office answers questions about departure times, water conditions, accessibility, group sizes and seasonal wildlife before any payment is requested. Tell us who is travelling and what you hope to see, and a coordinator will suggest the route and time of day that fits best.

Enquiries about private charters, school field days, research support and volunteer conservation runs are handled by the same team. Written quotations include boat type, crew, permits, refreshments and any transfer arrangements, so that nothing appears later as an unexpected extra.
